Ordering
You can put your order together on the “Design & order” page and send it to me on Instagram or by e-mail. You can also write to me directly. The order is confirmed once I have accepted it and sent you the payment details.
Orders from companies are agreed separately based on a quote (see For business).
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and final — no other costs are added apart from delivery and any extras you have chosen in your order. The personal message on the box is included in the price. Delivery to a parcel locker costs an extra €4–5 (depending on the parcel size); pickup in Kristiine is free.
Payment is made by bank transfer after I have confirmed your order. I start making your bouquet once the payment has arrived. Companies can pay by invoice.
I reserve the right to change prices. A confirmed order keeps the price that applied when the order was confirmed — even if the price changes later. Price differences are not refunded or charged afterwards.
Making and delivery
All Kira Disain products are made to order — by hand and exactly to your wishes. Making a product usually takes 2–4 working days, plus delivery time. I dispatch the product within 5 working days at the latest after the payment has arrived.
A faster turnaround can be agreed — it depends on the number of orders and the season. Before holidays, please order in good time.
I ship within Estonia only. You can choose:
- Pickup in Kristiine, Tallinn — free, we agree on a time.
- Parcel locker anywhere in Estonia — DPD, Omniva or Smartposti. Delivery costs €4–5 depending on the size of the order, and the parcel usually arrives within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Responsibility for the product passes to you once you have received it.
Changing and cancelling an order
You can change or cancel your order free of charge until I have started making your bouquet. If you have already paid, I will refund the full amount within 14 days. Once making has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Each bouquet and candle set is made according to the size, colour, scent and message you choose. Therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 53 (4) 3), and products in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
This does not limit your rights if the product is faulty or damaged in transit — see below.
Handmade by nature
Every bouquet is handmade. The shades of the candles, the colours of the dried flowers and small details may differ slightly from the pictures on the website. This is not a fault — it is what makes every bouquet a unique gift. The pictures on the website are illustrative.
Faults and damage
If the product is faulty or damaged in transit, write to me at [email protected] or on Instagram and add a photo. Please let me know as soon as possible, ideally within 2 days of receiving it.
By law, you can make a complaint within 2 years of receiving the product. I will reply within 15 days. If the complaint is justified, I will make a new product or refund the money. I cover the cost of sending back a damaged parcel.
Safety
The candles are attached to wooden sticks. Before lighting, remove the candle from the stick and place it on a heat-resistant base. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from children, pets and flammable objects. You will find a more detailed guide on the FAQ page. I am not responsible for damage caused by ignoring these instructions.
Force majeure
I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by circumstances I could not influence or foresee (force majeure) — for example a natural disaster, a failure of the parcel carrier or another unexpected obstacle. In that case I will let you know as soon as possible and we will find a solution together.
Disputes
I try to resolve every question by agreement with you. If that does not work, as a consumer you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA). Disputes are resolved under Estonian law.
Personal data
How I use and protect your order details is explained in the privacy policy.
